Been home in California nearly a week. The residual effects of the trip to Washington and Oregon are still with me. I still feel a little disjointed back in the corporate dungeon I call work. It's not really that bad, just not me.
I use to produce videos and TV at the Public Access station when I lived in Salem 13 years ago. I'm looking for the spark, the motivation to get me back full swing into my photography work and video work. It's tough. I know it's 90% inertia, 10% circumstance, but that doesn't make it any easier.
Maybe something simple , like hash browns cooking in a fry pan or sunlight spilling over a window sill then across a room. Or more complex themes. Life over fifty, looking at the great unknown, knowingly hopefully.
The path is what it is, not bad or good. But there are certain shades and hues that I like better than others. I'll head toward those and see what happens....
